During that time we’ve found a niche in providing clients with innovative solutions to their excavation, landscaping and demolition needs through high quality workmanship & a personal commitment to the project. Rest assured, this commitment and service continues on.
Our exciting announcement for 2016 is that we will be making a name change. Kaiser Skid Steer Services, LLC will be providing the same quality workmanship doing business under the new name K-Terra Excavating.
Why the name change then you ask?
When we started out in 1995, the name Kaiser Skid Steer Services, LLC accurately described our scope of work. As the years have progressed, our capabilities have expanded greatly (exponentially), but we came to realize that our name did not represent these capabilities.
So in 2016 Kaiser Skid Steer Services, LLC will begin doing business under the name
K-Terra Excavation which we believe is more representative of whom we have become as a company.
Rest assured you can expect nothing less from us than you have come to count on for the past 2 decades. You can rely on the same ownership with the same leadership, equipment, skills, staff, and commitment to quality and detail that you have counted on in the past.

K-TERRA EXCAVATION formerly Kaiser Skid Steer Services LLC is an excavation, landscape/hardscape, and demolition company that was founded in 1995.
Where we are located:
We are located in eastern Idaho, just north of Idaho Falls, 100 miles from West Yellowstone, MT and Jackson Hole, WY.
What make us unique?
We are equipped to handle projects that require larger iron to those that are best completed with smaller equipment. We insist on using the right equipment for the project.
Licensing:
K-TERRA EXCAVATION is public works licensed in Idaho for landscaping, excavation, and demolition. Additionally we are a registered Idaho Construction Contracting business. We are fully insured and bonded. We are a member of the Idaho Associated General Contractors.
